John Z. Toscas graduated from John Marshall Law School in 1990 and received his master’s degree in public administration in 1984. Prior to graduate school, he received his Bachelor of Arts in criminal justice from the University of Illinois in 1979. Also in 1979, he graduated from the Cook County Sheriff’s Academy and became a full-time, sworn member of the Sheriff’s Department. John retired from the Sheriff’s Office in 1991 after several promotions and having served as director of the Support Services Division. He worked as a special assistant to the superintendent of High School District 218 for more than two years. John then opened Toscas Law Group, LLC. He also served as a prosecutor for the Illinois Secretary of State for over three years.

Zeno J. Toscas graduated from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School in 2016 and received a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from Governors State in 2010.
